TRS Urid Whole (Whole Urad Dal / Black Gram) 2kg

TRS Urid Whole consists of whole urad beans, also known as whole urad dal or black gram. These small dark beans are widely used in Indian, Pakistani and other South Asian cuisines and develop a soft, creamy texture when cooked.
Whole urad is particularly well known as a key ingredient in dal makhani and is also used for other dals, curries, soups and slow-cooked dishes. The beans work especially well with spices such as cumin, coriander, chili, garlic and ginger.
Gebruik
Spoel de bonen goed af en week ze bij voorkeur enkele uren of een nacht. Kook vervolgens in ruim water tot ze volledig zacht zijn.
Bewaring
Koel, droog en goed afgesloten bewaren.
